DSML Gateway OUD-DSML.war File Is missing in OUD 11.1.2.2.0 (Doc ID 1901073.1)

Goal

Provide an alternative to customers whom  cannot find OUD-DSML.war file that documentation mentions to complete the DSML gateway (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E37116_01/admin.111210/e22648/server_config.htm#solDEPLOYING-AND-CONFIGURING-THE-DSML-GATEWAY), the file OUD-DSML.war  was missing in OUD 11.1.2.2.0 distribution
