Content Presenter Task Flow is Blank and Does Not Display SiteStudio Based Contributor Data File WebCenter Portal. (Doc ID 1902004.1)

Symptoms

When the Content Presenter is configured to use Content Presenter Templates to display Contributor Data File,
No content is display on the Portal Page. The Content Presenter just displays blank in that area.

The WebCenter Portal diagnostic log and WebCenter Content disgnostic logs shows:
