Symptoms

Error is reported when opening a batch in Verifier:

Oracle Forms Recognition Verifier is unable to open batch 'batch_12'
Description: Could not create or open file!

Changes

  1. First time the application has been used / installed.
  2. The security is Windows Authentication.
