Oracle Forms has been integrated with Oracle Single Sign On (SSO) 10g (10.1.x) and has been working without issues for some time in a Production High Availability environment. Multiple load-balanced Identity Management (IDM) installations serve SSO login requests.
Recently there was a requirement to move the servers where the SSO software is installed, this move was executed successfully and script chgiphost.sh was used to change the server IP addresses. The migration appeared to be successful.
However since then all existing SSO user accounts have been working but any newly created SSO accounts are failing on login. After submitting credentials in the SSO login page, a blank white screen is displayed by the browser with only a few encoded characters at the top left.
chgiphost.sh was run to change the IDM servers IP addresses.
