Symptoms

After migrating from Folders_g to Framework Folders, pages are not displayed in Firefox browser when using SSL URL. Additionally, Internet Explorer does not properly display the pages. This was working prior to the migration.

If you disable Framework Folders and enable Folders_g again, then all works as expected with each browser.
