Various Issues with the ThreadedDiscussions Component (Doc ID 1902736.1)

Symptoms

When a reply is made to a threaded discussion, the reply is not posted in the correct location.  It's not clear which post the reply is meant for.  The name of the person making the post to the discussion is also not shown after the first post.  Also, all posts within the threaded discussion are assigned an ID of 1.
