Symptoms

Java userexit/flatfile extract not being discovered.

When GoldenGate extract for JMS messaging is configured it adversely affect jagent.

This in turn causes
1. New or existing OGG targets not discovered in OEM 12c
2. Or OGG targets already discovered in OEM 12c display wrong process status
