How to Configure OAAM Rules to Trigger at Local Time of the User Instead of the OAAM Server Host Time Zone (Doc ID 1903706.1)

Goal

Need help in identifying a way so that we can configure a set of rules in OAAM, which can trigger based on end-user's time zone (in place of OAAM server time zone),which can be based on OS/Browser of the user.

Example : Trigger a 2nd factor for a global application, if user logs in during outside of his local timezone (example: 8AM - 6 PM IST/PST)

How can we achieve this?
