Update Form For Multiselect List Metadata is Not Displaying Previously Selected Child Values (Doc ID 1903802.1)

Symptoms

When a user updates a document with a Multiselect List Metadata field already populated with values, the previously selected values do not appear with the red X.  The previously selected values are blank.   If the user clicks on the 'Reset' button the previously selected values show up correctly with the red X.
