Webcenter Sites 11.1.1.8.0
When calling a vanity url that includes special character(s) via render:getpageurl in a template
the special character(s) is(are) encoded.
Example with Sites 11.1.1.8 without patch installed
here "façade" is encoded, this is an unexpected behaviour.
