Goal

In Patch 5, the event PreReleaseBatch has been added from the following Bug:

<Bug 18453609> - Client scripting has been enhanced to allow a script to intercept the release of a batch. When the PreReleaseBatch method is defined in a client script, it will be invoked by the client before the batch is released.
