SOA: MQAdapter Fails to Connect to MQ Server v7.1.x and v7.5.x with BINDING.JCA-13001 (Doc ID 1904531.1)

Symptoms

While trying to connect to an MQ Server v7.1.x or v7.5.x the following error is seen. Note that same parameters with MQ Server v6.x and v7.0.x works fine:

Failed to connect to QueueManager.
Failed to connect to QueueManager.
[ManagedConnectionImpl] Error while connecting to  QueueManager: "QM_mqserver".
Refer WebSphere MQ Reference Manual for Reason Code 2,035 and fix the cause of the error. Contact oracle support if error is not fixable.
