Tried to Register Widget But that Id is Already Registered (Doc ID 1904614.1)

Symptoms

When trying to edit an asset in Web mode, the user receives an error: "An error occurred while analyzing the widgets on this page. Editing is disabled. (Tried to register widget with id==cs-1230987654321-myAttribute but that id is already registered)"

There are no errors in the logs.

Changes

 The Template for rendering the asset uses JQuery with bxSlider to turn parts of the page into a slider.
