Exception "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/security/ssl/OracleSSLCredential" is Thrown When Oracle SOAP Library is Used to Invoke a Webservice over SSL (Doc ID 1905142.1)

In Oracle AS when invoking a WebService over SSL from Oracle SOAP library there is a strong dependancy on which produces exception

oracle.classloader.util.AnnotatedNoClassDefFoundError Missing class:

The code fails when the oracle.soap.transport.http.OracleSOAPHTTPConnection.getHTTPConnection method tries to create object of to initiate a SSL Connection.

This happens because Oracle Java SSL Libraries are not visible from the Oracle SOAP shared libraries classloader .

The exception thrown is 

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/security/ssl/OracleSSLCredential

at oracle.soap.transport.http.OracleSOAPHTTPConnection.getHTTPConnection(
