Symptoms
This Portal environment was running successfully for some time.
One of the WLS_PORTAL managed servers stopped with a segmentation failure:
ORA-24550: signal received: [si_signo=6] [si_errno=0] [si_code=-6] [si_int=<SI_INT_ID>] [si_ptr=<SI_PTR_ID>] [si_addr=<SI_ADDR_ID>]
The managed server was restarted.
The Oracle Portal users did not notice any interruption in service. All other managed servers continued working as normal.
