OIM11g: The Requester Or Administrative User Is Not Able To See The Contents of the ApprovalDetails Tab

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Requests which are coming from a custom approval task using the default task flow are not showing the ApprovalDetails content when viewed as the requester or System Administrator.
The contents of the ApprovalDetails tab are only visible to the approver while the task is assigned to them.
There are no errors in the log files and no error shown on the task.
You're using a custom composite for your approval task.
