Symptoms

After applying the following patches, textexport fails to convert items to text during the indexing process.  The documents are therefore indexed as metadata only.

Patch 17925241: WCC 11.1.1.6.0 BUNDLE (MLR 18) JANUARY 2014
Patch 18188143: OUTSIDE IN 8.4.0.122 OPATCH FOR PS5, PS6, AND/OR 11.1.1.8
