Symptoms
Receiving error attempting to commit to IBPM 7.6 from Capture 10g:
Error Number: 1019 Error Description: Failed to create package. Error Number: -2147179393, Error Description: An unknown error occurred creating the package. Failure occurred in message CQueryCreatePkg. Class ATL::CComObject::CreatePackage
The commit only fails on the first attempt. Recommitting the batch always works. This is problematic since they are committing their batches using the Oracle Distributed Document Capture service and not the Commit Server service. The ODDC service does not retry failed commits whereas the Commit Server does.
