Symptoms
After installing Apache Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM 11.1.2.2) WebGate on Apache 2.2 64-bit in linux 64 environment, after adding the WebGate to the httpd.conf file the following error is reported when starting Apache:
$ sudo <APACHE_INSTALL_DIR>/bin/apachectl start
httpd: Syntax error on line 237 of <APACHE_INSTALL_DIR>/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 8 of <APACHE_INSTALL_DIR>/conf/apache_webgate.conf: Cannot load <APACHE_WG_INSTALL_DIR>/webgate/apache/lib/webgate.so into server: libclntsh.so.11.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
