My Oracle Support Banner Not Found While Starting Apache Server Installed With Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM WebGate (Doc ID 1907120.1)

After installing Apache Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM WebGate on Apache 2.2 64-bit in linux 64 environment, after adding the WebGate to the httpd.conf file the following error is reported when starting Apache:

$ sudo <APACHE_INSTALL_DIR>/bin/apachectl start

httpd: Syntax error on line 237 of <APACHE_INSTALL_DIR>/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 8 of <APACHE_INSTALL_DIR>/conf/apache_webgate.conf: Cannot load <APACHE_WG_INSTALL_DIR>/webgate/apache/lib/ into server: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
