Symptoms
Upgrade fails to complete properly with error by PSA.
$ ./psa
Oracle Fusion Middleware Patch Set Assistant 11.1.1.8.0

UPGAST-00237: A duplicate component definition for component UCM has been detect
UPGAST-00054: error loading config file /opt/weblogic/<2nd domain>/upgrade/components
The command failed to complete successfully
This is supported in the log generated by psa with the following error:
