User discovered after upgrading WCC Server to version 11.1.1.8, that attempt to access revision two of a threaded discussion fails.

Create one revision for a content item

Adds discussion

Add another revision to the content item

Attempt to access the discussion via revision 1 (dID value): the IdcService GET_ASSOCIATED_DISCUSSION_FILE retrieves the content correctly

Attempt to access the discussion via revision 2 (dID value): an error is encountered:
