DSEE Repldisc Command Crashes With Error 'Segmentation Fault (core dumped)'

Running repldisc crashes with errors such as the following example.
bash-3.00# ./repldisc -D "cn=Directory Manager" -w <password> -P <DS_instancePath>/alias/slapd-cert8.db -b <SuffixRoot> -S Server:<DS_securePort>
ldap-1234x:389: Can't connect to the LDAP server
ldap-5678y:389: Can't connect to the LDAP server
ldap-7890z:389: Can't connect to the LDAP server
Segmentation Fault (core dumped)
