Unable To Login To OIM Using Xelsysadm After Resetting The Password in OIM-OAM Integrated environment

Scenario: Updating the password of xelsysadm in OIM in our environment. But after the change we were not able to login to OIM using the new password.
Getting the error as "Invalid Login"
No action can be performed if the system is left in this state. We had to roll back the change.
Did the below changes:
1. Changed password in OIM UI -> My Information.
2. Changed "xelsysadm" password in OID.
3. Changed in Enterprise Manager -> Weblogic Domain -> Security -> Credentials and changed password for sysadm and xelsysadm
4. Updated the jndi.properties to reflect the new encrypted password under "encryptedpwd="
