SOA Server Not Starting Due To Error "BEA-000006: Using localhost as the ListenAddress when generating a Coherence WKA list will not operate correctly across multiple machines" (Doc ID 1908314.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, Deployment

In 12c Domain, the SOA server failed to start with this in the logs:

Jul 14, 2014 3:34:56 PM oracle.dms.servlet.DMSServletFilter setEagerlySetContextValues
INFO: The setting that controls the eager fetching of some types of execution context data has been set to true.

BEA-000006: Using localhost as the ListenAddress when generating a Coherence WKA list will not operate correctly across multiple machines.
  Cause: Server {0} is configured with 'localhost' as the ListenAddress. When using Coherence WKA and not explicitly defining a WKA list, the configuration may not operate correctly across multiple machines.
  Action: Specify an appropriate hostname as the ListenAddress for this server.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Start the SOA server in 12c SOA Domain without listen address setting
