Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, CEP system

When attempting to call a web service from OEP 12.1.3
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
commonj.work.WorkException: java.util.ServiceConfigurationError: javax.xml.ws.spi.Provider: Provider com.bea.core.ws.glassfish.jaxws.ProviderImpl not found
at weblogic.work.commonj.CommonjWorkManagerImpl$WorkStatus.setThrowable(CommonjWorkManagerImpl.java:268)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. I use OEP 12.1.3 documentation to configure OEP application to call web services (10.2 Invoke a Web Service From an Application)
http://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1213/eventprocessing/CEPED/integrate-web-service-epn.htm#CEPED1949

1. Generated the compiled class files
java -cp /Oracle/Middleware/<NAME>/modules/com.bea.core.ws.glassfish.jaxws.tools_12.0.0.0.jar com.sun.tools.ws.WsImport EchoService.WSDL
2. Archived generated files to mse.jar
3. Created Oracle Event Processing application JAR file app_lib_profile-1.jar using on mse.jar
4. Copied Oracle Event Processing application JAR file app_lib_profile-1.jar to
<DIR>/OEP/user_projects/domains/domain/defaultserver/modules/
5. Started OEP
6. Deployed application which uses generated libraries
7. Got
commonj.work.WorkException: java.util.ServiceConfigurationError: javax.xml.ws.spi.Provider: Provider com.bea.core.ws.glassfish.jaxws.ProviderImpl not found
at weblogic.work.commonj.CommonjWorkManagerImpl$WorkStatus.setThrowable(CommonjWorkManagerImpl.java:268)
