User Membership Rule Is Not Getting Saved For Lengthy Rules (Doc ID 1908849.1)

Symptoms

1. Install OIM 11.1.2.1.0 and configure
2. Upgrade to 11.1.2.2.0
3. Create a role
4. Create a long rule membership (> 4000 chars) click apply. The rule is not saved in the DB.
5. Create a short rule membership and click apply. The rule is saved correctly in the DB.
