Symptoms

New users are not getting prompted with auto enrollment for Self Service Password Reset (SSPR). The registry location HKLM\Software\Passlogix\SSPR\WindowsInterface has the two required DWORD Values to force users to enroll, i.e. AutomaticEnroll = 1 and ForceEnrollment = 1. Users can manualy enroll with no issues by browsing to the enrollment URL in Internet Explorer.
