Table Cells Do Not Have Borders After Conversion (Doc ID 1909464.1)

Symptoms

Tables which had borders around the cells in the Word document do not contain the same borders around the cells in the pdf file created with PDFExportConverter. The converted pdf doesn't contain any borders around any of the table cells.
