Bulk Request Triggers The Request Level Approval But Does Not Trigger Any Operational Level Approvals (Doc ID 1909751.1)

When performing Bulk Requests, an Request Level Approval is generated but the child Operational Level Approvals are not generated as expected.


A Bulk Request to Delete Users was made by the System Administrator user.
