Capture Import Server Stops Processing after Encountering Message "Found -1055 message(s) on the POP3 server" when Processing with POP3 Protocol (Doc ID 1909854.1)

Symptoms

Import Server crashes after the error message below in 2 separate environments using POP3 protocol.

UAT Import Server log:

07/05/14 23:30:02 5125 Connecting to the POP3 server [mailserver.oracle.com] using SSL; Account [oracle\svc\NAME].
07/05/14 23:30:02 5105 Successfully connected to POP3 server [mailserver.oracle.com].
07/05/14 23:30:07 5101 Found -1055 message(s) on the POP3 server [mailserver.oracle.com].
07/05/14 23:30:07 5109 Disconnected from POP3 server [mailserver.oracle.com].

Dev Import Server log:

07/06/14 11:35:04 1102 Start processing Email Provider: NAM_INVOICE. Import Server v10.1351.7
07/06/14 11:35:04 5125 Connecting to the POP3 server [machine.com] using SSL; Account [oracle\svc\NAME].
07/06/14 11:35:04 5105 Successfully connected to POP3 server [mailserver.oracle.com].
07/06/14 11:35:09 5101 Found -1055 message(s) on the POP3 server [mailserver.oracle.com].
07/06/14 11:35:09 5109 Disconnected from POP3 server [mailserver.oracle.com].
07/06/14 11:35:09 5306 The following error occurred attempting to connect to the SMTP server [] with the following user address [] ErrNum: 91 ErrDesc: Object variable or With block variable not set on line 0
