Symptoms

When the local Windows OS is configured for Danish locale, and logging into a Jump Start Kit (JSK) login fails with an error:

HTTP Status 500 - javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspTagException: No message found under code 'browser.wem.login.title' for locale 'da_DK'.
