Unable To Access Veridata Login Page After Restarting Veridata Server (Doc ID 1909928.1)

Browser returns connection refused errors when trying to access the Veridata Login screen after restarting Veridata Server-- The logs capture the following errors;

WARN (2014-06-12 12:38:49,372) [ConnectionManagerJPA:findByName, line 228] - Could not retrieve datatype info: Agent remote message (101): 'veridata' could not connect to database: Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource; Cannot get Connection from Datasource; ORA-01005: null password given; logon denied
