Unable to Extend OAM With OPSS Schema During 184.108.40.206 Upgrade

Followed the Upgrade Guide to upgrade to 18.104.22.168 . Everything seems smooth but you are not able to extend OAM with OPSS template. The "Configure JDBC Component Schema screen" do not show the OAM Infrastructure or OPSS Schema. All you see is the custom schemas that you added to weblogic for other operations ( not OAM related)
You have some custom data source added to Weblogic . These data sources are working but not related to OAM.
