When Selecting Managed Attachments in the EBS Form Nothing Happens And No Browser Windows Are Opened. (Doc ID 1910700.1)

After following the instructions to configure the Oracle E-Business Suite Plug-In for WebCenter Content and setting up the Managed Attachments solution you are able to click the "ZOOM" button in EBS forms and this brings up a dialog box containing the "Managed Attachments" option. When selecting that option and clicking "OK", nothing happens and no browser windows are opened.

When inspecting the IPM server console output (<domain_home>/servers/IPM_server1/logs/IPM_server1.out, the following stack trace is written every time you attempt to open the Managed Attachments page:
