Cannot Environmentalize Hostname For Remote Host Listeners in OAG 11.1.2.2.0 (Doc ID 1911233.1)

Goal

When environmentalizing the OAG 11.1.2.2.0 configuration for promotion, all fields in a remote host listener except the hostname can be environmentalized.  When giving the hostname box focus, the environmentalize button does not appear.

<Bug 18410419> IN REMOTE HOST CONFIGURATION, HOSTNAME CANNOT BE ENVIRONMENTALIZED exists for this issue, but the workaround proposed is not viable in all cases.  It is necessary to be able to change the hostname in some cases to allow for the automated promotion of the configuration to different environments without all teams having access to Policy Studio and the admin credentials.
