Start replicat aftercsn doesn't work as expected

Problem happens on init load for a replicat <REPLICAT>

Customer has done an oracle datapump import with flashback_scn= 4719782660519 (source database).

After the import is complete on the target database, i have to restart replicat after the scn 4719782660519;

Customer sees start replicat aftercsn 4719782660519

But goldengate start at csn 4719782674641 in the trail 629, skipping a lot of transactions in the trail 628...
