HTTP Response Write Timeout Failure (Doc ID 1911948.1)

Symptoms

Randomly thread which is stuck at http write can be observed, even some thread hung forever.
By default, http write timeout is equal to http message post timeout, but clearly this timeout does not happen at all.

In case WebLogic 10.3.5 without patch, the typical stack trace is:
