The Web Location Link Fails to Open MHT (Web Archive) Files in WCC (Doc ID 1912269.1)

Symptoms

In WCC 11g, the Web location URL link fails to open MHT (Web Archive) files.   We get the following message when trying to open an MHT content item using the web location link:


This issue did not exist in UCM 10g as we were able to open the Web location URL link for MHT (Web Archive) files correctly.
