Symptoms

Metadata values are set on a Folder through Edit -> Metadata Values.

The ACL values are then changed on Edit -> Folder Information.

Looking at Edit -> Metadata Values after this shows that the ACL values have changed to those that were set on Edit -> Folder Information.

This behavior does not occur in WCC 11.1.1.7.0. On that version, the Edit -> Metadata Values ACL values are not changed when new values are set under Edit -> Folder Information.
