Unable To View Contents Of TLOGs JDBC Store (Doc ID 1912756.1)

Symptoms

We have configured a JDBC store for TLOGs and we run an application that reads 500 messages from a queue and writes them to a second queue, but the database trace showed only 9 SELECTS, 3 DELETES, and 3 INSERTS on each database node (so a total of 6 transactions based on the number of INSERTs).

We tried to dump the contents of the store using the WLST commands from the documentation here: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28280_01/web.1111/e13701/store.htm#CNFGD277.

But we are getting the following error:
