Deployment of an Application to a Glassfish Cluster Doesn't Work Without Restarting the Cluster Instances (Doc ID 1913955.1)

Symptoms

Unable to access the application on a cluster instance after deployment.
Restarting the cluster instances fixes the problem.

The GlassFish domain log shows that the cluster instances are not reachable.
