Symptoms
WebLogic Server 12c fails to connect to Oracle Database 12.1.2.0.0 using JDBC OCI driver with the following error:
The classpath points to 12c ojdbcX.jar file and the PATH points to 12c OCI libraries.
JDK, OCI, ojdbcX.jar and database versions are compatible.
