How To Create A BAPI ETD With SAP JCO? (Doc ID 1914720.1)

Symptoms

 

When trying to create a BAPI ETD, an error is raised saying

JCO.classInitialize(): Could not load middleware layer 'com.sap.mw.jco.rfc.MiddlewareRFC'
JCO.nativeInit(): Could not initialize dynamic link library sapjcorfc
[C:\egate\client\ThirdParty\SAP\sapjcorfc.dll: Can't find dependent libraries].

 or alternatively

JCO.classInitialize(): Could not load middleware layer 'com.sap.mw.jco.rfc.MiddlewareRFC'
JCO.nativeInit(): Could not initialize dynamic link library sapjcorfc
[no sapjcorfc in java.library.path]
