When using the "Edit with Word" feature within Document Explorer Taskflow there appears to be a timeout after 10 minutes. Microsoft Office Users may experience one of the following error messages below when opening a MS Office Document with the "Edit with Office" feature after 10-15 minutes of non-use. Issue can be seen in MS Office versions 2003 on up.
- Unable to connect to Web Server.
- There has been a network or file permission error. The network connection may be lost.
