OAM 11.1.2.2 : How to REDIRECT TO CUSTOM PAGE AFTER OAM CONSOLE LOGIN TIMEOUT (Doc ID 1916260.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Access Manager - Version 11.1.2.2.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Access the oamconsole url, and do not login, wait for 15 minutes (idle timeout value) and then login, it takes us to the OAM error page with message

" System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator."

Is it possible to redirect to a custom page instead of the standard error page.

The oam server log has exception as:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Authentication request Timed out. Eapsed time in min: 93720
