Symptoms

When a function is called repeatedly in SQL Developer, it fails with the following errors:
SQL Error: ORA-20200: WS_T_GWSGENERIC_GETCOUNTRYLST_01#Erreur recherche liste des Pays.ORA-06511: PL/SQL: cursor is al open.
ORA-06512: in "SCOTT.PK_GLOBALWS_GENERIC_DEBUG", regel 58
