Symptoms

When using Conversion Processor to convert documents on an AIX system, errors are encountered. The error in the Capture Managed Server log appears as:

oracle.odc.docconverter.DocExportException: Image export failed with code 3

After enabling troubleshooting, the following error was found. Use <Document 1916411.1> when enabling troubleshooting.

EXRunExport failed with code 135
