Undeploying An Application Does Not Remove Temporary Files (Doc ID 1916500.1)

Symptoms

When deployed an app to a managed server and run the app, it is observed that temporary files are created in <servername>/tmp/_WL_User directory. If we delete or undeploy the app using the admin console when the managed server is stopped, we will observe that these temporary files are not deleted, even if the Managed Server is restarted later.
