WCI Collaboration Overview Screen Hangs In Internet Explorer 10

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When using Internet Explorer 10 to open a Collaboration Project, the Overview screen hangs and does not completely load. Content is known to exists, such as Updated Documents, but some of the areas appear blank and observed is a spinning wheel. However, if you click on any of the other tabs everything works fine.
