Symptoms

Refresh button does not work in Discussions. Replies are not displayed after clicking the refresh button.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Log  into WebCenter
2. Create a new Resource Catalog and add the following task flow:

Discussion Forums
taskflow://oracle/webcenter/collab/forum/view/taskflows/main-task-flow.xml#forum-main

3.Create a portal, create a page and add the Discussion Forums taskflow there.

4.From a different browser, log into WebCenter and navigate to the same portal and same page.

5.Create a new Discussion Topic in one of the browsers. In the other browser, click on Refresh button of Discussion Forum. The created discussion topic
appears.

6.In both browsers, click on the discussion topic. This step is important.

7.In the first browser, add a reply to the topic by clicking on "Reply Topic". In the second browser, click on refresh button. You will see that
the reply does not get updated in the second browser.

8. Same happens when edding replies. If a reply is editted from one browser and click on Refresh button in the second browser, then changes are not
 displayed.
